Shane Gallagher, my bandmate in +44 and MERCY KILLERS, is selling his Fender Jazzmaster guitar on ebay! Shane doesn't have a myspace, so I thought I would help pimp out this sweet ass ax on myspace; to those who just might appreciate Shaney Baby's brilliance in guitar playing, and henceforth translate that into American Greenbacks for the holidays.
You can view and bid on Shane's Fender Jazzmaster guitar by clicking HERE. Happy bidding!

Sorry pour le double post mais voici un nouveau bulletin et blog sur le myspace de Craig :
Citation :
Greetings Humans,
As some of you may know I've been offering guitar lessons in Orange County the past month or so. Due to high demand from people that can't make it to the Los Angeles area, I've decided to offer guitar lessons online. I gave my first lesson online yesterday and it totally worked! All you need is a webcam, headphones, a decent internet connection, and a guitar :)
If you're interested and would like more details, you can contact Katerena at Teachmetoshred@gmail.com. Teach Me To Shred is a new company I'm working with. Our goal is to offer lessons from "career" musicians, people that have experience playing in bands. People that can offer you much more than your local music teacher that may have never even graced a stage. Beyond giving guitar lessons, we hope to take the company to a level where the proceeds can go to charitable causes to save the arts and music in a society that increasingly puts less emphasis on the importance of art and music.
Be well, CRAIG

Nouveau bulletin de Craig, toujours sur ses cours de guitare qu'il donne par vidéo et Shane est venu avec lui pour donner des leçons :
Citation :
Greetings Humans,
As some of you may know I've been offering guitar lessons online now. They're kick ass (web shots soon / video etc) and I've been lucky enough to have some pretty serious students that I plan on teaching for quite a while.
Teach Me To Shred is such an awesome program and I'm stoked to be a part of it. Watching this company get off the ground is exciting. My fiance (I proposed on New Years and am getting married in August. Thats another blog. Back to TMTS! ) is deeply involved with this now (alongside Katerena) so I'm witnessing all the magic firsthand. It's refreshing to hear talk of other artists joining up. They'll be announcing more artists! Today I have the pleasure of announcing another artist, due to my relation to him....
Shane Gallagher (plus44, nervous return, mercy killers) is now donating his time for lessons with Teach Me To Shred. He's an amazing guitar player with incredible talents. He plays the guitar beautifully and has allot to share!
So, If you're interested in the guitar or bass lessons with Shane or myself you can contact Kimmy or Katerena at Teachmetoshred@gmail.com. And stay tuned for some pretty major artist announcements!
P.S., Its not free guys, so avoid emailing about that, they're swamped.
Be well, CRAIG

Voici un nouvel article et un nouveau bulletin myspace de Craig, où il nou parle de la futur tournée de Mercy Killers en Avril avec Dead souls et bouncing souls. Il nous parle également de +44. Voici le bulletin et l'article de Craig :
Citation :
DEAD SOULS OF MERCY dates and SCARLETT FEVER!! Greetings Humans,
I'm pleased to announce that MERCY KILLERS have some new tourdates! The following dates are with DEAD TO ME and THE BOUNCING SOULS.
April 7th Long Beach, CA @ Alex's Bar April 8th San Luis Obispo @ Downtown Brew April 9th San Francisco, CA @ Great American Music Hall April 10th Sacramento, CA @ True Love Coffeehouse April 11th Portland, OR @ Berbati's Pan April 12th Seattle, WA @ El Corazon
This tour is going to be insanely fun. One of the most bitchin tours I've ever done was with the BOUNCING SOULS through Canada, and I've known Jack from DEAD TO ME for ages, we're both from the Bay. THIS TOUR WILL BE OFF THE CHAIN.
Now is the part where I obnoxiously announce how smart I am. I'm going back to school to finish a degree in Biology. I haven't been to school in almost 10 years, so I had to take a placement test for English. What did I place into? HONORS English program bitches!! That's right!! Fuck yeah Me!! Next up is Math, I really hope I didn't kill the brain cells that took Trig and Calculus once upon a time. Wish me luck and send me study guides!!
I know people are waiting to hear from +44, but all I can say right now is patience is a virtue...
Lastly, a good friend of mine, Scarlett, is having a benefit this month, called SCARLETT FEVER. Scarlett has Rett syndrome, I've known her since she was tiny and she's the toughest little lady I know! Her Daddy, Bob, gave me my first couple of tattoo's. I'm going to be auctioning a TON of signed +44 stuff for Scarlett, including one of Travis' cymbals, kick drum heads, a limited edition +44 7 inch, tour posters, tons of cool shit. Keep an eye out for another bulletin/blog about this. You can learn more about Scarlett by clicking HERE. We love you Scarlett!

Greetings Humans,
Thanks so much to everybody that donated to my friend Scarlett and bid in the auction. It was super successful and her family is stoked. THANK YOU!
2 signed +44 posters are still left, and are now relisted. For those of you that missed out the first time, I'm auctioning these off for my friend Scarlett and her family. Scarlett is a tough little girl living with Rett syndrome and is having a benefit this month called "Scarlett Fever." To learn more about Scarlett, Rett syndrome, and Scarlett fever, please visit her home page by clicking HERE.
To check out the posters and bid, please click HERE. The posters are starting at $1 and the auction is 3 days long.
In other news, MERCY KILLERS have had to cancel their West Coast tour with BOUNCING SOULS and DEAD TO ME. I'm heartbroken we had to cancel this tour, I adore the SOULS, and was looking forward to hanging with the guys from DEAD TO ME. Unfortunately my landlord isn't very sympathetic to a punk rock tour, and my lease is up right in the middle of this said tour. Damn! But on the bright side, I'm moving closer to the ocean, and that's always a great thing. Please everybody go out and support these bands and show some love in early April!!
What else...like much of the nation, I'm very excited about Obama, or as my future Mother in Law calls it, "Obama-rama." Is that taken yet? If not, you heard that shit here first. Its nice to have an actual HUMAN being with class and intelligence running for the most powerful office here. Like so many Americans, I'm completely disenfranchised when it comes to our political system. Its a joke and Americans are treated like imbeciles by our government, its no new news. The most aggravating part is politicians aren't even clever about pulling one over on us, they're not even good at acting the part. And that's how you know that "the man" has nearly won. When Governor Bush lied his way into war...and he did it in front of billions of people, what the fuck else is he getting away with that we *don't* know about?
Anyways, Obama-rama. The guy is just downright human, and I think that's all we ask of a president. Have some damn compassion for your fellow American, don't adhere to backbiting bipartisan politics, and just simply have good judgement and cut through as much red tape as you can to help the people who really need it in this country. Treat everyone how you would like to be treated, its not rocket science here folks, and I think Obama understands that. To me, a president is just a really good cheerleader and spokesperson, the House and Senate write and pass all the laws and bills anyways. Our president is simply like an agent, a PR guy if you will. So GO Obama, thank you for giving many Americans a splinter of faith in a hopeless government.
Be well, CRAIG

Désolé pour le double post mais Craig a poster un nouveau bulletin et article sur son blog myspace. Il nous parle de la tournée avec Juliette & the licks ou il s'éclate, preuve avec les photos et la vidéo :
Citation :
Wyclef, Goblet of Gods and the Battering Ram
Greeting Humans,
Ok so I'm on tour with Juliette and the Licks right now. At the moment we're in Spain, but we just finished a short run in Australia, including the MTV Australia Awards. Now I'm not really a fan of awards shows and red carpets, they're kind of pretentious...but holy shit did it start to get fun once it was over and the after party madness ensued!
Wyclef Jean hosted the show and is the baddest motherfucker. I met him in the gym the day before, much respect, but little did I know how much fun was in store. So he hosted the show, and all day before it, all the bands were in these cubicle dressing room things. You know, the kind of shit you see (or live in) like in the classic movie "Office Space." Wyclef's room ( errr cubicle) was right across the hall from ours and they were getting the party started early, bumping some great hip hop and getting a little rowdy. I knew some shit was gonna pop off. I needed to bro down with these gentlemen.
For some reason MTV Australia makes it REAL hard to watch jack shit, but here's a picture of the show, Juliette and I keeping it real. A big HOT KISS for all the Aussies.
Especially the one that threw a broken bottle on stage right before we played! Broken glass everywhere, thank you for the warm welcome!
As the show came to a close, the drinks started flowing and the whole place started to loosen up. Or maybe it was just us loosening up. Our drummer Ed scored this giant thing we turned into the goblet of the gods haha.
We even dragged the damn thing to press!
Step one, insert DIVINE NECTAR
Ed is counting to two in a very odd way with his hand
This is Jason Womack, the Lick's bass extraordinaire. He kicks five trillion asses. If you'll notice in the photo its VERY hard to drink from the goblet of gods.
One must be DIVINE!
And don't think for a second I didn't partake in this divination! Everything was clear to me at this exact moment!
Even Eve got in on the mix and was kicking it. She's WAY fucking cool too. Never in a million years did I think my dirty punk ass would be hanging with Eve and Clef. The world works in very mysterious ways sometimes.
Sorry this is the only picture I have of you Eve, but shit, you look excellent even with your eyes closed! Yeah!
ANYWAYS, so we pop by Wyclefs room, and he is THRASHING the place, I' mean really going off. He's slam dancing the whole room, tearing the place up, ripping his shirt off, it was getting into some kind of whirling voodoo madness in there!! And I loved every second of it.
Made me feel like I was home :)
He saw our goblet of the gods and was STOKED and paraded the thing around.
We're in!
Now I'm not really sure what happened next, but I decided it was a GREAT idea to start a war with them and I DOUSED his producer and bass player, Jerry Wonda, with my cold brew. You know when you shake it the fuck up and just spraayyyyy the shit out of someone? Im pretty sure I got everybody real damn good. They were like "dammmmmmmmn!!!" kind of shocked that I had the balls to mess with them hahaha, but stoked too that we were getting in the mix. As we're all cracking the fuck up, Wyclef totally blindsides me with a gallon of MILK!! WTF!!! haha I didnt even know it was milk until like ten minutes later. He got me GOOD.
Now its war people. Wyclef already busted through his cubicle wall and pieces of it were laying about haphazardly. I decided to pick up a whole wall of cubicle and BOOM!!! Battering ram the shit out of their dressing room wall! Now I didnt bust through the wall, fearing I would really hurt somebody, the battering ram is no joke. But Clef didnt give a fuck and immediately busted through THREE of our cubicle walls and almost annihilated our guitar player Emilio hahaha. I felt bad for Emilio, he was an innocent bystander. At this point both of our tour Managers were like "we need to get the fuck out of here.
" haha THANK YOU MTV! Goodnight!!
Here's some home video footage of the milking, battering ram, and Wyclefs all out attack.
This is the stuff memories are made of people!
Ill leave the rest of the night alone, as to protect all of the innocent, but lets just say it got better and better and we went to Wyclefs after party in the dungeon of the Sydney hotel.
Badass! A big THANK YOU to Wyclef, Jerry, Beast and their whole damn crew for having us!! :)
Tonight we play in A Coruna, Spain. I heart Spain a lot. I really want to live here one day, especially Barcelona. I hope to see all you beautiful Spaniards out at the licks shows. Check out the licks page or my own for the remaining dates.
